Let us know if you need us to arrange a carrier to collect the tool. There is a charge for this service so we will need a payment or order number. Your tool will be collected by a Star Fasteners approved courier and taken to our in-house service centre.

Star Fasteners will engrave the tool with a unique reference number, this will record its service and repair history for future reference.
Let us know if you require the use of a service hire tool whilst yours is away for repair, we will contact you to arrange this.
Explain the failure / problem
Let us know details of any problems with the tool e.g., slow to install fasteners. oil leak etc. The more detail you give us the better the outcome. We can also call you to discuss your concerns.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email where you can review the information that you have submitted.
If possible, can you please print a copy of the email off and pop it into your box with the tool.
If requested, your tool will be collected, otherwise you will deliver / post the tool to us on your own courier. Our in-house service centre will assess the tool and get in touch with a quote or to discuss your options.
